The Tag and Label printers will occasionally need to be cleaned, especially when using color labels. Please follow the below instructions very carefully to clean your label printer.
The printer manufacturer recommends cleaning the print head after every 5 rolls of color labels. Some colors, notably Orange and Red, may require more frequent cleaning.
Alcohol wipes can be used in place of the Printhead Cleaning Pens and can be ordered online.
